Saiar is a certified organic single vineyard of younger vines grown on granite. Fermented with wild yeasts in tank, the 2011 vintage is fresh and lively, with a lovely mix of subtle tropical and citrus fruits with briny saline flavors. This vintage has a nice firmness and density while still being crisp and easy. It is rare to find an AlbariÃño, this honest, of this high quality, and at such a great price.
