Made from vines planted in 1997, the de Villiers Pinot Noir is consistently one of Calera's most robust wines. At the same time, because it comes from some of Mt. Harlan's most limestone-rich soils, it balances luxurious fruit with Calera's signature complexity. Pinot Noir pairs well with salmon or tuna and meaty white fish, lean red meats, duck, turkey, and fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme. It is also a great choice for the Thanksgiving table.
