It is made with a blend of grenache for fruit and mouvedre for structure. Its aromas are herbal with hints of popurri and wild strawberry. Its taste is fresh, minerally with soft chaulky tannins with a lovely smooth mouthfeel. Think Audrey Hepburn in France!
