A classic Provencal rosé, from an estate that has a long and storied history. Founded by the Knights of Templar back in the Middle Ages, the first recorded harvest took place at Commanderie back in 1256, and the property has remained under vine ever since. The Rigord family bought the estate in 1870, but it wasn't until the late-1970s, more than 100 years later, that they began to bottle the wines under the name Chteau de Peyrassol. Made following organic principles, from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grown in the rocky soils north of St. Tropez, this rosé is fresh and full, dry and delicious, with just a touch of stony minerality. The perfect pink to welcome summer. 12.5% abv.
