Further inspection reveals dried apricot and citrus notes, some cereal with hints of coconut and crisp granny smith apples. Taste: The liquid hits the front palate straight away, sweet but not sticky. A wonderful light citrusy syrup with a dash of cinnamon and allspice for good measure. Some tart sour apples flavours developing mid palate help to balance out the afore-mentioned sweetness. Finish: Dry citrus finale features apricots and soft allspice. Someone get me some cheese.
