Dos Maderas Rum

Dos Maderas Rum 5+3 is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean in Guyana and Barbados. Then it is shipped to Williams & HumbertÍs installations in Jerez, Spain, where the rum is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados Palo Cortado Sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez-X_rs-Sherry Regulatory Council). This two-stage process produces an aged rum with rich aromas tinted with pecan, vanilla and smoky oak. The smooth first sip opens into a balanced palate accented with ripe fruit and tropical spice over an oak and tobacco finish, laced with hints of sherry. Excellent in a balloon glass either neat or on ice or with a mixer of your choice.,,,,750ml
