The Glenrothes Select Reserve was crafted as a showcase single malt distinctive of the distillery’s house style - a sweet, fruity, elegant spirit - combining malts of different ages and maturation in both American ex-bourbon and European ex-sherry casks. The Glenrothes Select Reserve is a beautifully balanced dram. Rich with aromas of vanilla, coconut and honey, sweet cherry and citrusy lemon. Soft flavors of fruit and baked pie close with a supple finish and a rich lingering spice.
