Iichiko Shochu is made from 100% barley and crafted in the Oita Prefecture, a region famous for its dense cedar forest, mountainous terrain, and geothermal springs. Iichiko uses exceptionally soft, iron free water that is naturally filtered through 1000 feet of volcanic rock.
