Leyda Coastal Vineyars Garuma, is made from Sauvignon Blanc, pale yellow in color with greenish hues. Elegant and mineral with herbaceous and green chilli pepper notes, citrus fruit aromas like limes and grapefruit and floral notes in the finish. Long and sharp, with a creamy texture on the mid-palate, finishing with firm, juicy acidity and a herbaceous aftertaste. Ideal to pair with oysters, sushi and ceviche. Serve at 48-52°F • 9-11°C.
