Mijenta is crafted using the highest quality ingredients, including fully mature certified Blue Weber Agave from Mexico’s Maguey plants, which are grown in deep red clay soil and are only harvested at their ripest by a specialist team.

Tasting Notes:
On the eye: Bright and Transparent with a powerful body.
On the nose: Intense aromas of cooked agave, of vanilla and caramel enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloup and peaches. An impossibly generous and round finish.
On the palate: Rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon.
