North Fork Project Merlot

Mostly Merlot with some Cabernet Franc blended in, this wine presents aromas of black cherry, vanilla and toast; flavors of dark chocolate, cherry and slight hints of oak are well integrated with structured tannins. A joint effort from Long Island's Pellegrini Vineyards and Nassau County based importer/distributor Martin Scott, the North Fork Project, with winemaking by the legendary Russell Hearn, allows Tri-Staters the opportunity to enjoy tasty wine, locally and sustainably produced, for a fair price and in convenient liter size. It's just like living in California... except much better, of course.
