Les Etolies (Stars) are indeed 12 women representing the 12 Beaujolais and the Pouilly-Fuisse appellations that combined their strengths since 1998 to create a single structure. This "Passion d' Etoiles" Cuvee is one result of this combined group, combining a balanced blendof wineknow-how with style and passion to propose a proud amassador of this great white wine. Pale to Steady gold color with green reflections. Various families of aromas compose the bouquet: mineral notes, hazelnut, citrus fruits(lemons, grapefruit, pineapple), white fruits(peaches) and honey.
