Expressive and juicy, this wine offers an aromatic profile characterized by red berry fruits interwoven with classic Willamette Valley forest floor and black tea earth notes. Vibrancy and silkiness define the palate with balanced acidity working in harmony with fine-grained tannins. As a veteran winemaker in the Willamette Valley, Erik Kramer delivers terroir-driven wines from places he loves. Marrying fruit from the WillaKenzie Estate vineyard (Yamhill-Carlton, sedimentary soils) to the winery’s Jory Hills Estate (Dundee Hills, volcanic soils), Erik has created a red-fruited, silky, forest-laced representation of two very different and complementary Pinot Noir regions. Vineyards: WillaKenzie Estate (Yamhill-Carlton AVA), Jory Hills Estate (Dundee Hills AVA) Winemaking: 12 months in French oak, 25% new | Alc : 14.4% | TA: 5.4 g/L | PH: 3.76 Pinot Noir pairs well with salmon or tuna and meaty white fish, lean red meats, duck, turkey, and fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme. It is also a great choice for the Thanksgiving table.
