Zagan's Fire Zinfandel

Black cherries, boysenberries and other wild berries make up a small part of the aroma which streams from the glass. It has an elegance and delicateness which is in contrast to many €œover the top€ (very thick and pruny) Zinfandels these days. Just the right amount of oak balances these fruit aromas making the first impression extremely desirable. The flavor and palate does not disappoint. It is rich and easy drinking. There is an abundance of the fruits as described above along with a balanced acidity that carries its lushness through an extremely balanced finish.
