Winery Notes For those of you who don’t know, it all started with this wine! Before there was a PALAZZO Cabernet Franc made for the French Laundry, or a PALAZZO Cuvée Blanc made from crazy 70+ year old Semillon vines … there was the 1st vintage of my PALAZZO 2003 ‘Right Bank’ Proprietary Red Wine! And it was this wine that caught the attention of the Top Sommeliers & Chefs across the country! I can’t be more proud and honored that my wines are offered and enjoyed in the top restaurants throughout America! Tasting Notes Beautiful aromas of blackberry and black currant fruit. Cocoa powder and espresso, floral notes of violets & wild cherry blossoms! Rich, plush mouthfeel…with a fabulous velvety texture! Layers of crushed red cherries & sweet blackberry fruit. Hints of dark chocolate & spice cake. Full-bodied with excellent structure and acidity. Wonderfully balanced! Bold, long finish, with hints of espresso and dark chocolate! A Great Food Wine!
