The unmistakable Monte Rosso spice makes its presence known in the form of cloves, cinnamon, and sage. Monte Rosso Cabernet is from Sonoma Valley and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging Regimen:The wine is aged in barrel for 28 months, 75% new French oak, 19% new American oak.
