The Infinito Rose' represents one of the most typical Italian Roses. Sourced from the North-Est Veneto region near Verona, where Romeo and Juliet had their lvoe story, this wine has the perfect light pink color. Infinito, in italian "Infinity", will take you back to Italy and to its romantic sunsets, sip after sip. The Infinito Grapes are picked in the middle of September and are vinified by the rosé wine method, with a short contact between the skins and the must, to achieve the right depth of color; the alcoholic fermentation takes place very slowly at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts. The new wine develops in steel, in cold temperatures and always well protected from the processes of oxidation. Tasting Profile: The Infinito is a beautifully balanced rose with a very pretty nose of flowers, ripe grapes, pomegranate and subtle spices. On the palate, it impresses for its vibrancy, with wild candied cherries and a nice acidity. The finish is clean, mouthwatering and begs for another sip.
