"Our estate-grown Willamette Valley Rosé is made primarily from Pinot Noir, giving this wine floral notes. A small amount of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier are added to the blend, giving this wine a creamy, floral expression. Grapes were intentionally picked to maintain acidity, balance and freshness of fruit."
Winemaker Erik Kramer farms the grapes for his rosé to optimize fruit intensity and retain natural acidity. In the vineyard and cellar, his techniques drive toward aromatic complexity, purity, and clarity of fruit and freshness. A small amount of barrel fermentation is employed to lend textural volume and roundness to underpin the bright vibrancy of the wine.
