Pertinace Barbaresco is a prestigious and age-worthy red wine that represents the epitome of quality and tradition in the Barbaresco region. It displays a garnet-red color with hints of brick, indicating its maturity. On the nose, it reveals complex and enticing aromas of ripe red berries, dried roses, spices, and a touch of tobacco. The palate offers a harmonious and well-structured experience, with flavors of cherry, plum, licorice, and hints of leather. A classic Barbaresco made with Nebbiolo grapes coming from our vineyards in Treiso and Barbaresco. Aged for one year in traditional Slovenian oak casks followed by two years of aging in the bottle before release. Generous aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers, sweet spices and vanilla round off its rich structure and harmonious complexity. Excellent with grilled red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
