Tasting Notes This wine balances between a fresh stainless steel style, with just enough body & subtle oak to broaden the appeal. Vintage Notes This wine has apple, peach, pear, & tropical fruit upfront with a supporting floral note. Weaving through this fruit is a wisp of vanilla supporting the fruit but not coming across as oaky. Winemaking Notes Brief skin contact fermentation to extract aromatics & body from the skins without becoming an orange wine, this has all the interest of a skin contact white wine without the funkiness. Aged on ~10% new oak & applewoods with partial malolactic fermentation & aging on the yeast lees to create complexity while maintaining a fruit-forward focus and varietal complexity.
