Tasting Notes Peppery spice (peppercorn medley, roasted red bell pepper, clove) and deep notes (cedar, tea leaves, roasted meats). Vintage Notes Bright fruit such as cherry, strawberry, watermelon along with a very refreshing flavor similar to hibiscus or cranberry. Winemaking Notes Foothills Cab fermented with 35% whole cluster to enhance spicy notes, then aged on oak, maple, hickory, cherry, cedar, and cypress woods to enhance the spicy & forest depths of this wine.
