100% Chardonnay. A delicate yet persistent mousse highlights soft floral notes on the nose with a hint of almonds and fresh hazelnuts. Superb structure and length on the palate introduce white fruits in perfect balance with a particularly pleasing minerality and undertones of brioche/yeastiness. Our Champagne was created for a modern 21st century palate, each of the range is in the Brut category and has a low dosage compared to other Champagnes, making PIAFF style fresh, crisp and elegant.
