This Mionetto Prosecco Superiore is produced from grapes grown in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone. The grapes for this DOCG Prosecco are specially selected from the finest area of Valdobbiadene. In addition to its distinctive, luminous straw yellow color, this sparkling wine also boasts a long, persistent bead of pin-point bubbles. The bouquet is bursting with floral notes, apple, peach, and citrus nuances. An ideal accompaniment to refined appetizers, it excels with risottos as well as with white meats, fresh cheeses, and light pastries.
