This wine is yet another sample of the marvels that Argentina's native white variety has to offer, beautifully executed by Susana Balbo, Argentina's first female winemaker and the Queen of Torrontés. It is a one-of-a-kind, elegant sweet wine. Varietal Type: Torrontes Appellations: Mendoza, Argentina Sub Appellations: Paraje Altamira, San Carlos (Valle de Uco) Practices: Destemmed, lightly pressed, and fermented in a small tank for 16 days at 14ºC. After 8 days, 15% is sent to new French oak barrels.
