Winery Notes The Blindfold White Blend is not constrained by a specific region or variety. We used Chardonnay as our canvas and layered on interesting aromatic varietals that complimented the base to create something that is truly unlike anything out there. Tasting Notes Blindfold White Wine is a unique blend of white wines showcasing inviting aromas of stone fruit, apple pie and peach. A rich, creamy finish features bold flavors of lemon zest and caramelized sugar. Vineyard Notes We partner with phenomenal growers who are dedicated to cultivating unique varieties in the most recognized regions throughout California. We source our Chenin Blanc from a vineyard in Mendocino, and Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier from our growers in Santa Barbara.
