A Blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle and Mourvèdre. On the nose: Scents of freshly picked forest fruits with notes of salinity, reminiscent of a summer evening on the beach. On the palate: Perfectly balanced, vibrant strawberry grenadine and currant, ending with remarkable freshness. Food Pairings: Beef skewers, Marinated pork chop, Steamed salmon, Fresh strawberries.
