Bourbon Berry Punch

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz bourbon
• raspberries
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Aperol
• sparkling wine

Instructions

1. Muddle raspberries and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
2. Add bourbon and Aperol
3. Shake until chilled and well combined
4. Strain over ice and top with a splash of sparkling wine
5. Garnish with raspberries and lemon slice
