Bourbon Buttercup

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz bourbon
• 4 oz apple cider
• 1/2 oz honey
• cloves
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

1. In a small pan, bring apple cider to a low simmer
2. Add honey, cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice, and butter to pan and stir gently until well combined
3. Remove from heat, stir in bourbon, and serve immediately
4. Garnish with lemon slice and cloves
