Dewar’s 15 Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 ozDewar’s 15-Year-Old
  • ¼ ozDemerara Sugar
  • 2-3 DashesAngostura Bitters
  • Orange

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Mixing Glass

Directions

  1. Pour Dewar’s 15, Demerara syrup and bitters into a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel
