Jamaizcal

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 ½ oz Mezcal Unión Joven
• Dash of lime juice
• Hibiscus water
• Rosemary
• Chili powder

Instructions

1. Rim a glass or mason jar with worm salt or chili powder
2. Pour mezcal and lime juice into the glass
3. Top with hibiscus water
4. Mix with a bar spoon and garnish with rosemary
