Rosé Gimlet
A refreshing twist on the classic Gimlet. A splash of rosé adds just the right amount of subtle sweetness for delicious cocktail that's perfect for spring.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 oz gin
- 3 oz rosé
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Pour into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.
