Sparkling Peach
A refreshing gin and tonic with ripe, fresh peaches. This is the perfect refresher to keep cool with on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 sprigthyme
- 1/2peach (sliced)
- 4 oztonic water
Tools
- Cocktail Muddler
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
Directions
- Combine gin, thyme, and peach slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly.
- Strain into gin glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with peach slices and thyme.
- Enjoy!
