Ingredients
- 2 ozbourbon
- sparkling wine
- 1/2 ozorange liqueur
- 1pear
Tools
- Highball Glass
- Cocktail Shaker
Directions
- Muddle pear in a shaker with orange liqueur
- Add bourbon and ice and shake
- Strain over ice into glass
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with pear slice
