Bramble Fizz
Traditionally a British cocktail for spring, this bramble cocktail gets an upgrade with a splash of soda. Tip: If you don’t have crème de mûre, substitute with blackberry liqueur or blackberry brand, both of which are more popularly available and easy to find.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz creme de mure
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions
- Add gin, lemon juice simple syrup, and creme de mure in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Fine-strain into an lowball glass with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon half-wheel and a fresh blackberry and enjoy!
