This twist on the classic Tom Collins replaces gin with Fernet-Branca. This lightly herbal and citrusy drink makes for the perfect summertime sipper for the patio or picnic.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz Soda water
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Fernet-Branca, lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass over ice.
- Stir gently and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
