The One That Got Away

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 oz Fernet-Branca
• 1/2 oz Carpano Bianco
• 1/2 oz Bonal
• 1/4 oz vanilla syrup
• 4 oz Soda water
• Mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine Fernet-Branca, Carpano Bianco, Bonal and vanilla syrup.
2. Stir gently to combine.
3. Pour into a highball glass and top with soda water.
