Peach Basil Daiquiri

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1/2 fresh peach
• 1 oz white rum
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• egg white
• Peach slice and basil for garnish
• ice

Instructions

1. Muddle peach slices, rum, simple syrup, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
2. Double strain into cocktail glass.
3. Shake egg whites vigorously until foamy and spoon on top of cocktail.
4. Garnish with peach slice and basil and enjoy!
