Peach Basil Daiquiri
Drink in summer with this refreshing cocktail. Fresh summer peaches add just the right amount of natural sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1/2fresh peach
- 1 ozwhite rum
- 1/4 ozlime juice
- 1/2 ozsimple syrup
- egg white
- Peach slice and basil for garnish
- ice

- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini Glass
Directions
- Muddle peach slices, rum, simple syrup, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
- Double strain into cocktail glass.
- Shake egg whites vigorously until foamy and spoon on top of cocktail.
- Garnish with peach slice and basil and enjoy!
