Peach Basil Daiquiri

Drink in summer with this refreshing cocktail. Fresh summer peaches add just the right amount of natural sweetness.

Peach Basil Daiquiri

Ingredients

1/2fresh peach
1 ozwhite rum
1/4 ozlime juice
1/2 ozsimple syrup
egg white
Peach slice and basil for garnish
ice

Tools

Cocktail Shaker
Strainer
Martini Glass

Directions

Muddle peach slices, rum, simple syrup, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
Double strain into cocktail glass.
Shake egg whites vigorously until foamy and spoon on top of cocktail.
Garnish with peach slice and basil and enjoy!
