Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients

- 1 whole pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
- 4 oz rum
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Cut top off pineapple and set aside.
- Core and scoop out fresh pineapple.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour back into pineapple and enjoy!
