Pisco Sour
This classic cocktail hails from Peru, and is a deliciously smooth, sweet and tart drink. Pisco is a type of brandy that's lighter in color, and is only distilled once, resulting in a stronger flavor profile.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously to create foam from the egg white.
- Strain into a coupe glass, and add Angostura bitters.
- Enjoy!
