Dewar’s take on the classic Japanese Highball is super cold and super refreshing. The sparkling ginger mixer brightens the scotch whisky with a hint of sweet and citrus.

Dewar’s Japanese Smooth Highball

Ingredients

Serves: 1

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass by placing in fridge/freezer, or by filling with ice water and setting aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add spear ice to the glass
  3. Add Dewar’s Japanese Smooth
  4. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale or Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
