Dewar’s Japanese Smooth Highball
Dewar’s take on the classic Japanese Highball is super cold and super refreshing. The sparkling ginger mixer brightens the scotch whisky with a hint of sweet and citrus.

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Dewar’s Japanese Smooth
- Fever Tree ginger Ale OR Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale
- Lemon

- Jigger
- Highball Glass
Directions
- Chill a highball glass by placing in fridge/freezer, or by filling with ice water and setting aside for 5 minutes.
- Add spear ice to the glass
- Add Dewar’s Japanese Smooth
- Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale or Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
