Château Minuty 281

281 is the pinnacle of rosé in the Côtes de Provence, the icon of Château Minuty, France and Europe's leading premium rosé producer. 281 refers to the Pantone number for the royal blue color that elegantly cascades down the side of the bottle, evoking the sky and the sea of Minuty’s French Riviera home.

While nearly translucent in color, this is a wine of aromatic intensity with a rich bouquet of citrus fruit and white flower notes. There is great depth on the palate with white peach flavors and a pronounced mineral structure that come together seamlessly.

• Grape Varieties: 90% Grenache, 10% Syrah


• Vineyard: 100% estate fruit is hand-harvested from a single old plot of Grenache, located one-half mile from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, whose clone is exclusive to Château Minuty. The vineyard has HVE (Sustainable) Certification


• Winemaking: Direct pressing to extract free-run juice only and aged 4 months in stainless steel
