Winery Notes
Tous Ensemble comes from the French word meaning “all together.” Copain's Tous Ensemble collection creates approachable wines that are perfect for every occasion, every palate, and every day of the week. The Copain Tous Ensemble Rosé of Pinot Noir was blended from our estate vineyard in Mendocino County. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, this rose wine demonstrates freshness and a long, mouthwatering finish.
Tasting Notes
With a subtle hue of pale salmon, our rose pink wine exudes aromas of grapefruit, strawberry and rose petals. Notes of melon and anise. Fermented in stainless steel, the finish is long and mouthwatering.

Vineyard Notes
Copain, meaning ‘friend’ or ‘buddy’ in French, embodies our philosophy that wine enhances the good things in life, and is an experience best shared with friends and family. Perched on a hillside overlooking the bucolic Russian River Valley, Copain specializes in vineyard designate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah. Founded in 1999, Copain has built a reputation of producing food friendly, balanced and expressive wines in the ‘light-and-bright’ style. Sourced from sustainable vineyard sites in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County and Monterey County, the portfolio consists of three distinct collections—the Tous Ensemble wines, the Les Voisins wines, and the single vineyard designate wines. Our style has long been inspired by the restrained and elegant wines of France’s Rhône Valley. The grapes are picked early to impart vibrant acidity and the wine undergoes minimum manipulation in the cellar. Coaxing lively, energetic wines with bright, fresh flavors has become Copain’s signature.
