Bright pale yellow with silver highlights. Rather Riesling-like aromas of white peach, mint and ginger. Sweet and silky on the palate, with a juicy quality to the ripe pear drop and ginger flavors. Offers good weight in the mouth and finishes dusty, fresh and quite dry, with a slight phenolic quality.
