The foam is abundant with fine and regular bubbles. Fresh, fruity and elegant nose. Aromas of red
berries mingle with notes of peaches and apricots. Well-balanced, the mouth is fresh, pleasant with a
soft finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, or with dessert (chocolate mousse, warm pie, crumble). Best served between
45°F to 47°F (7°C to 8°C).
