Artisanal mezcal crafted in Candelaria Yegolé, Zoquitlán, by the maestro mezcalero Vicente Sánchez Parada, guided by his experience and ancestral knowledge.
The process begins with cooking the agave in a conical earthen oven, then it is ground in a tahona (stone mill) and subsequently fermented in pine and sabino wooden vats with environmental yeasts. It is finally distilled twice in copper stills.
This mezcal is a distillate with QUAIL BREAST (pechuga de codorniz), which gives it a unique aromatic and flavor profile.
