The Wolffer White Horse label represents our reserve wines. Like all White Horse wines, this special wine is named for a horse stabled at Wölffer Estate Stables. The name, “Fatalis Fatum” translates as, “the
decision is final,” which is the perfect expression for a perfect, balanced blend.

This vintage is dark red brick in color with subtle aromas of cassis, ripe
blueberries, figs and sandalwood. The mouth-feel is rich and concentrated with velvety tannins. The palate delivers layers of dark fruit, such as black cherries and prunes, and exotic spices, including hints of cardamom. The lingering finish offers notes of dark chocolate and tooled leather with an elegant minerality. This is from start to finish.
