Ingredients: ½ oz Mezcal Unión Joven; ½ oz vermouth rosso; ½ oz orange aperitif; 3 drops chocolate bitters; 3 drops mole bitters; Orange peel

Mezcal cocktails are all the rage right now and this twist on a classic does not disappoint. This smokier version of the classic Negroni is both delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

½ ozMezcal Unión Joven
½ ozvermouth rosso
½ ozorange aperitif
3 dropschocolate bitters
3 dropsmole bitters
Orange peel

Mixing Glass
Bar Spoon
Lowball Glass

Directions

Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass filled with ice
Stir until cold and serve in an lowball glass with ice
Garnish with orange peel and cherry
