Aztec Negroni

Mezcal cocktails are all the rage right now and this twist on a classic does not disappoint. This smokier version of the classic Negroni is both delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- ½ oz Mezcal Unión Joven
- ½ oz vermouth rosso
- ½ oz orange aperitif
- 3 drops chocolate bitters
- 3 drops mole bitters
- Orange peel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir until cold and serve in an lowball glass with ice
- Garnish with orange peel and cherry
