Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz tequila
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• rosemary
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• sparkling wine

Instructions

1. Combine tequila, lemon juice, triple sec, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake until chilled
3. Pour into class
4. Top with sparkling wine
5. Garnish with grapefruit slice and rosemary
