A refreshing, summery twist on the classic mojito with a splash of raspberry flavor.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz SKYY Infusions® Raspberry
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 mint sprigs
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and muddle thoroughly.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with mint and enjoy!
