- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz Pimm's blackberry & elderflower liqueur
- Mint leaves
- Splash of Champagne
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with gin and Pimm’s liqueur
- Add ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into glass filled with ice
- Top with a splash of champagne
