- 1 ozPimm's blackberry & elderflower liqueur
- Mint leaves
- Splash ofChampagne

- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Muddler
- Lowball Glass
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with gin and Pimm’s liqueur
- Add ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into glass filled with ice
- Top with a splash of champagne
