  • 1 oz Pimm's blackberry & elderflower liqueur
  • Mint leaves
  • Splash of Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with gin and Pimm’s liqueur
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake until chilled
  4. Strain into glass filled with ice
  5. Top with a splash of champagne
